East Asia 2011

In East Asia there are 1.3 billion people and only 10% of them have ever heard the gospel of Jesus Christ. Many of those who have heard and believed suffer persecution, consequently believers worship in secret. Thankfully we know the Lord desires that all of them would hear the Good News!

e3 Partners has worked directly with leaders stewarding the house Church movements for several years. These leaders are passionate about making disciples and forming small house churches. Our role is to soften the ground” in strategic areas where our presence as Americans creates interest and allows us to have a voice in spiritual conversations. Specifically we go in as tourists to learn about the East Asian culture and its people. We are often befriended quickly and given opportunities to share the gospel. Our current target is the Zhuang people. They live in the Southern part of the country just north of Vietnam. The Zhuang have a population of 18 million. They are the largest minority group in East Asia and are primarily farmers. 75% of them have NEVER heard the name of Jesus. Can you imagine telling the Zhuang about Jesus?

We believe the East Asian people are called to take the gospel through the Middle East all the way Back to Jerusalem. Maranatha Chapel, come with us to participate in the Great Commission in East Asia and to the ends of the earth!
