Henderson Family

Bryan and Tara are missionaries in the Central Coast of Australia. They have been serving at a Calvary Chapel church in Newcastle Australia for the past eight years and as of late began to sense the Lord calling them to start a new work. They are currently planting a Calvary Chapel affiliated church that goes by the name Remnant Beach Cities. Their hope is to reach out to the lost by having a BBQ every Saturday night just across from a popular night life area and feed people at no charge. The vision is to meet the physical needs of those that are out participating in worldly pursuits and therefore build a bridge to sharing the Gospel and meeting their spiritual needs.

Church meets 6 – 7:30 in a public hall every Saturday evening. Bryan is currently teaching through the Gospel of Luke and they are praying that the Lord continues to add daily to the church those He would have to be saved. Tara is currently leading worship and another husband and wife team have come along side them from Arizona to serve in childrens ministry and other areas as needed.

They have accepted four students from Calvary Chapel Bible College of Murrieta who will take most of their courses by video tape and will serve in various ways within the church.
