Sanders Family

Martin Sanders worked at Elgar Corporation for 23 years while Beth worked in Accounting at Chase Manhattan Financial Services before they became missionaries. They served the Lord together even while they were still dating by discipling young people in a local church in San Diego where they met. God put a desire in their hearts to serve the Lord together as full time missionaries when they get married.

After marriage, Martin, a lay pastor of Maranatha Chapel and Beth, a former missionary with Campus Crusade for Christ in Asia continued to serve the Lord faithfully at Maranatha for 15 years as small group teachers focused on mission, marriage and discipleship. Enjoying the fruits of their ministry and raising 3 young children, they got very contented and thought God wanted them to serve in San Diego . However, in 2001 God called their family to “enlarge their borders” by helping fulfill the Great Commission ( Matthew28:18-20) in Asia by sharing the saving message of Jesus as full time missionaries in the Philippines and Beyond. After much prayer, preparation and seeking God's words, they moved to the city of Manila together with their 3 wonderful young children; Leah, Rebekah and Andrew who are now all in college. Martin and Beth praise God and thank all their partners for making it possible for them to do God's calling and the past 7 years of mission very fruitful and fulfilling. They are excited to continue in helping expand God's kingdom in Asia .

Vision Statement

To help give everyone an opportunity to hear God's message of salvation in the Philippines and Asia through evangelism, discipleship and training.
VISION VERSE: Matthew 28:18-20 "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations...."
MISSION VERSE: 2 Timothy 2:2, " And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, these entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others also."

Prayer Requests

They request your prayers for their priorities in life on a regular basis for their:

• HEARTS: that Jesus will always be their "First Love" and "Master" so that God's name will be magnififed in their lives first;
• FAMILY: protection and wisdom as they make their marriage a priority in their ministry and as they aim to raise a godly heritage through the lives of their 3 children Leah, Bekah and Andrew,
• MINISTRY: for continued love for the lost; godly wisdom, guidance, protection, endurance and empowerment by the Holy Spirit in all that they do as they minister in the Philippines and beyond;
• PARTNERS: for faithful partners and for God's abundant blessings to be poured upon all of their prayer and financial partners who make it possible for them to do God's calling.
